Women in Exile ist eine Selbstorganisation von geflüchteten Frauen. Sie gründeten sich 2002 in Brandenburg und kämpfen seitdem für ihre Rechte. Women in Exile werden ihr Buch „Breaking Borders to build bridges“ (Grenzen brechen um Brücken zu bauen) vorstellen, daraus lesen und laden alle ein, mit ihnen über Solidarität über Grenzen hinweg zu sprechen.
Alle, die mehr über Grenzenlose Solidarität lernen möchten, sind eingeladen.
Die Veranstaltung ist kostenlos. Keine Anmeldung benötigt.
Eine gemeinsame Veranstaltung mit dem Feministischen Referat der Uni Wuppertal und dem Bündnis 8. März.

Women in Exile is an initiative of refugee women founded in Brandenburg in 2002 to fight for their rights. They will present their work, read parts of their book „Breaking Borders to build Bridges“ and invite everyone to talk about solidarity across borders.
Everyone who wants to learn more about solidarity across borders is invited.
The event is for free. No resgistration needed.
The event is in collaboration with the Feminist Student Alliance of the University of Wuppertal an the Alliance 8 March.
